Clinic Policies:

1) Cancellation Policy: The clinic requires 24 hours notice for cancellations. Payment in FULL will be required for late cancellations/no shows for ANY reason. Repeatedly missed/short notice cancellations are grounds for patient discharge. Future appointments cannot be attended or booked until fees are collected.

3) Illness: If you are ill, you MUST cancel. Please give 24 hours notice to avoid cancellation fees. Patients who disregard this policy & attend while ill will be discharged from care (or while there is a contagious illness in the household including but not limited to: Covid, Flu, Cold, GI bugs, Strep throat, Hand Foot & Mouth/alike, Pink Eye, etc). Reschedule if there is an active illness circulating in your home.

4) Payment: Debit, Cash, E-Transfer. Direct Billing ONLY. Payment is completed at the end of each visit. Only your* Primary plan is billed at the office with Direct Billing. Patients are responsible for billing additional benefit plans themselves.

5) Promptness for appointments is required. In the event of lateness, your treatment time will fall short and end at its regularly scheduled time. Full treatment fees apply.

6) Your appointment booked is the length of your appointment, not the hands-on time. Appointments include assessment/reassessment and intake each visit.

7) Zero Tolerance for Harassment/Discrimination: Verbal/physical abuse of any kind will NOT be tolerated as well as comments/actions of a sexual nature, resulting in immediate termination of treatment & discharge of the patient. Intolerant/discriminatory speech of any group of persons/ideals/religions will not be tolerated.

8) Marlee Bond RMT does not work directly with claims involved in WSIB, MVA’s or any claims that are litigious in nature. You may continue to seek care if involved in such claims. Direct billing for injury claims is NOT available, fees are maintained as per the posted schedule.

9) Each patient requires an up to date, detailed health history including home address, phone number, DOB. As well as all relevant health history in order to maintain health record & provide safe treatments. All health records are maintained electronically.
